This policy reflects the return rights required under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) for consumers ordering from within the EU, and the same return window offered as a matter of policy to customers ordering from the United States or Canada.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is a legal right for EU consumers, and a policy we extend to US and Canadian customers as well.

To exercise this right, contact us at vislund@gmail.com within the 14 day period, clearly stating your intent to withdraw.

Returning goods

You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in the condition necessary to establish their nature and characteristics; we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what was necessary for this purpose.

Refunds

We will refund the price paid for the goods, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, where applicable.

Structural warranty
