Which regions do you ship to?
We ship within Estonia, the rest of the European Union, the United States, and Canada. Other regions are not open yet.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping within Estonia and the rest of the European Union is a flat 35 EUR. Shipping to the United States and Canada is a flat 39 USD. Both are calculated at checkout. Orders go out via FedEx Express and typically arrive within a few business days of dispatch. Larger pieces are delivered curbside or to the threshold of your address.
Are taxes and import duties included?
Within the EU, the price at checkout includes VAT for the destination country. For the United States and Canada, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance your country requires. Those are not collected by us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive tracking by email. Tracking can take a short while to appear after the parcel leaves us.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email vislund@gmail.com with photos of the damage as soon as you notice it, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Email vislund@gmail.com as soon as you can. If the order has not left us yet, we can usually cancel it. Once the carrier has collected the parcel, we cannot pull it back. You can refuse delivery so it returns to us, and we refund after it arrives, less any carrier handling fees that apply after dispatch.
How do I get an invoice?
Your order confirmation email includes the receipt. If you need a formal invoice for your records, email vislund@gmail.com with your order number and we will send one.
Product and fit
Will it fit my TV?
Compatible with VESA mount patterns from 200x200 up to 600x400mm, covering most TVs in the 42 to 75 inch range.
What is VESA, and how do I check mine?
VESA is the pattern of four screw holes on the back of your TV, measured in millimetres (for example 400x400). You will find it in the TV manual, on the manufacturer site, or by measuring the hole spacing yourself. Our stand accepts 200x200 through 600x400mm.
What is it made from?
Solid hardwood legs, in walnut or beech, on a painted black steel base. No veneers, no plastic.
Will the wood look exactly like the photos?
No two boards are identical. Grain, tone, and small marks vary, and screens show colour differently. That is solid hardwood, not a printed veneer, so the piece you receive will be in the same family as the photos without being a clone of them.
Is it stable? Will it tip over?
The stand is built low and wide, with weight in the steel base, so it is harder to rock than a tall, narrow unit. That does not replace the anti-tip strap that came with your TV. Use it. Secure the TV per the TV maker's instructions. We do not sell that strap, and a stable stand is not the same job as anchoring the screen.
Does it need assembly?
Yes, simple assembly with the tools included. A single 4mm hex key handles every joint.
How long does assembly take?
Most people finish in under half an hour. One hex key, every joint the same size, tools in the box.
Do you include mounting screws?
The bracket takes standard VESA screws. In most cases the screws already fitted to your TV are the right size.
Does it work with a curved TV?
Yes, if the curved TV uses a standard flat VESA plate in that size range. The curve of the screen does not change how the bracket mounts to the stand.
Can I attach my soundbar?
Not yet. There is no soundbar mount on the current design. We are working on a clean way to add one.
What's the space behind the TV for?
Room for devices that plug into the TV: an Apple TV, a set-top box, a games console. Open space behind the screen, not a closed cabinet.
How do I hide cables on an open stand?
You tidy more than you hide: fewer devices, one bundle down a back leg, a short run to the wall. We wrote a short guide on this in the Journal: How to Hide TV Cables on an Open Stand.
What if my TV doesn't fit?
If your TV's VESA pattern falls outside 200x200 to 600x400mm, it will not mount on a Vislund stand. Check the TV specs before ordering. The 14-day right of withdrawal still applies if it does not fit after delivery.
Care, returns, and warranty
How do I look after it?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth, or wipe with a barely damp one if needed. No oiling or waxing. Keep harsh cleaners and standing water off both surfaces.
What if I want to return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it, no reason needed, whether you order from the EU, US, or Canada. You cover the direct cost of return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What warranty do you offer?
Lifetime structural warranty on manufacturing and material defects that affect stability and construction, for the original buyer. Finish wear, scratches, and misuse are not covered. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
