Welcome to Vislund! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vislund. Vislund operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Vislund is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to how it is depicted in our store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantities we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case by case basis.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vislund reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Vislund confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered elsewhere, including physical stores or third party sites. Promotions we run from time to time may be governed by separate terms; where those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern.

5. Shipping and delivery
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Vislund, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by applicable patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Vislund, Shopify, or any third party, except as expressly stated. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Vislund.
Vislund's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Vislund or its affiliates or licensors, and must not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional tools
You may be given access to third party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third party tools; use of them is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms.
We may in future offer new features as part of the Services. These are also subject to these Terms.
8. Third party links
The Services may link to websites or content operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third party content, and if you leave the Services to visit a third party site, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm related to your use of third party sites, products, or services; please review the third party's own policies, and direct any complaints about their products or services to them directly.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Vislund is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales you make through our store are made directly with Vislund. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Vislund, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from a purchased product, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Vislund.
10. Privacy policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy; certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read both.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and with third parties in other countries, in order to provide the Services to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we, Shopify, and our partners use your personal information.
11. Feedback

We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.
14. Agents
This section applies if you use, allow, or cause an "Agent" (any software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person, without direct supervision) to access or interact with the Services.
- An Agent may only access the Services if it identifies itself as an Agent in its user agent string, and does not conceal that it is automated (for example, by mimicking human behavior or bypassing measures meant to distinguish humans from computers).
- An Agent must respond truthfully to any prompt asking whether it is human or automated.
- We may limit, by technical or other means, whether and how Agents access the Services, and no Agent may access the Services if we have asked it not to.
15. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice; you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, and Governing Law, continue to apply.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
Information on the Services is provided for general information purposes only, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness; any reliance on it is at your own risk.
Except as expressly stated by Vislund or required by applicable law, the Services and all products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under our Refund Policy and the Lifetime Structural Warranty that applies to every Vislund TV stand.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vislund, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers, and those of Shopify, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product, however caused, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vislund, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third party right, or your use of the Services. We will notify you of any such claim and may control its defense and settlement at your expense, though we will not settle any claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
20. Waiver and entire agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies we post, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the party that drafted them.
21. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign this agreement or your rights under it without our prior written consent; any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer or assign these Terms without notice to you.
22. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Vislund's operator, Unt Holdings OÜ, is registered and headquartered. You and Vislund consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts for any dispute arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory legal provisions of the law of your country of residence.

The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only, and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
24. Changes to these Terms
You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website; it is your responsibility to check periodically. We will notify you of material changes as required by law, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
