Warranty
This Lifetime Structural Warranty is provided by Unt Holdings OÜ for every Vislund TV stand.
What is covered
We stand behind the structural integrity of what we build. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that affect the stability, joinery, or structural soundness of the stand, for as long as you own it.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover natural wear, or changes in finish over time, including color shifts from sunlight, humidity, or temperature. It does not cover scratches, dents, or damage from moving, transport, or everyday use. It does not cover a stand that has been misused, altered, installed incorrectly, or used for something other than holding a television.
The steel base is painted, not sealed or plated. This warranty covers whether the structure holds, not whether the painted finish stays pristine forever.
What Lifetime means
Lifetime means the normal useful life of the product, for as long as Unt Holdings OÜ continues to operate. This warranty belongs to the original purchaser and does not transfer if the stand is resold or given away.
How to make a claim
Email vislund@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may ask to see photos of the defect, or ask you to send the item back so we can look at it directly. If the claim holds up, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it, whichever makes sense for the situation.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Unt Holdings OÜ is not responsible for indirect losses connected to using the product. This warranty runs alongside your statutory consumer rights, it does not replace or reduce them.
Governing law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
